Telestrations (2009)

Overview:
Telestrations is a game of telephone using phrases and illustrations. While the game comes with a large supply of words, my friends and I also play with our own made-up phrases.

Recommendations:
This is one of those games where everybody wins (my friends and I ignore the game's scoring system). Furthermore, this game is simple enough that all you really need is enough pens, pencils, and paper.
